About Us

More Than 20 Years Fighting for Injured Arizonans

When you’re hurt because of someone else’s negligence, the last thing you need is to feel like just another case number. At the Law Offices of Samuel P. Moeller, we’ve spent over two decades doing things differently. Our founder started his career in healthcare, not in a law firm, and that background shapes everything about how we work. We listen before we advise. We prepare every case as if it’s going to trial, because sometimes it does.

We offer direct access to your attorney, not a rotating door of assistants. Whether your case is straightforward or one that other firms walked away from, we take the time to understand your situation and give you an honest assessment of your options. This is what personalized legal representation actually looks like.

Our Client-First Approach

Your Attorney, Directly

You'll work with Samuel P. Moeller himself, not a paralegal or case manager, from your first consultation through resolution.

Prepared for Trial

Every case is built with courtroom readiness in mind, giving you stronger leverage whether it resolves in negotiation or goes before a judge.

A Healthcare Perspective

Samuel's background as a registered nurse means he reads your medical records with a level of understanding most attorneys simply don't bring to the table.

Second Opinions Welcome

If another firm couldn't move your case forward, we're willing to take a fresh look and tell you honestly what we think your options may be.

Samuel P. Moeller, Esq.

Samuel P. Moeller is a personal injury attorney licensed in Arizona and Texas with over 20 years of legal experience. But his path to law began somewhere unexpected, at the bedside.

Before earning his law degree from Baylor University in 2003, Samuel worked as a registered nurse in cardiac care and geriatrics at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco, Texas. That experience — sitting with patients, understanding their pain, navigating complex medical situations — became the foundation of how he practices law today.

Samuel began his legal career on the defense side of personal injury cases, which gave him an inside view of how opposing counsel and insurance companies build their strategies. He eventually made the shift to exclusively representing injured plaintiffs, and hasn’t looked back since.

His approach is direct and personal. He believes every injured person deserves to speak with their actual attorney, not be passed around to assistants. He’s also a licensed pilot and a survivor of an airplane crash, which gives him a firsthand understanding of what it means to face a serious injury and navigate the road to recovery.

Samuel is an active member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and is committed to the Phoenix community through ongoing charitable involvement.
